Exchange Policy
After receving pervious parcel exchange period will be 3 days for prodcs!
Eligibility:
Items eligible for exchange must be purchased from our website.
The exchange policy is applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Condition for Exchange:
The item must be in its original condition,unworn,undamaged,and with all tags and packing intact.
Proof of Purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation,is required for all exchanges.
Customize or personalized jewllery items cannot be Excahnage unless there is manufacturing defact.
Exchange process:
To initiate an excahnge,Customers should contact our Customer Support team via Phone,email for excahnge request.
The customer support team will guide customers through the exchange process,including roving a return shipping lable (if applicable)
and instions for packing the item securaely.
Exchange options:
Customer can excahnge one for the following exchange Options:
a) Exchange for diffrent product of higher value:Customer will be requried to pay the price diffreance between the original item and the new selection.
b)Echange for gift card:Customer can opt to recive agift card for the value of the returned items,which can be use for future purchases.
Shipping Costs:
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part,we will the returne shipping costs.
For exchanges based on personal prefrance or sizing issues,Customer are responsible for the returne shipping costs.
Exceptions:
Earrings and other personal items realted to hygiene cannot be exchange unless ther is a manufacturing defect.
We dispatch our products after complete chacking except for human error.
